Who we are
Vidus6 is an independent mobile app studio in Turkey. We build small utility apps that do one job well, and Dilo is our take on the travel translator: voice, text, camera and face-to-face conversation in a single screen, built for iPhone and Android from one codebase.
How we handle your data
Speech recognition, text recognition and object recognition run on your phone, so your audio and your photos never leave the device. When you are online, only the text to be translated goes to our translation server, and we do not store it — we keep anonymized request metadata such as the language pair and character count for up to 12 months. Translation history and favorites live on your device only, and there are no user accounts. This website sets analytics cookies only if you accept them in the consent banner.
About Dilo
Dilo is free to download and use every day: 20 translations and one camera translation per day at no cost. A PRO subscription removes both limits and unlocks Conversation mode; the price is always shown in the app before you subscribe. The app has not shipped yet, so you will not find a star rating or an install count on this site — we would rather show nothing than a number we cannot prove.
How we write this site
Everything on this site and on our blog is written and reviewed by the Vidus6 team. We only claim what Dilo actually does, we do not invent language counts, ratings or user numbers, and when a built-in platform feature is the better answer we say so plainly. If you spot an error, tell us and we will fix it.
